Matched provides a unique solution to engineers looking for flexible work hours (weekends & nights shifts), as well as those seeking to be placed in their next full-time, long term role. We often work with sole traders & contractors, but can also hire directly via PAYE.

Run by an engineer who has spent his time on the tools, we recognise the unique skill-set of every candidate and place them in a role that’s their ‘best fit.’

For the right candidate we can offer interesting, varied work and a competitive pay rate. Matched takes pride in delivering a high standard of support to our workers. Our payroll is carried out weekly, and we maintain regular contact with our guys on the ground.

With your safety as our highest priority, Matched takes care of supplying, updating and delivering all relevant PPE clothing and equipment. And, because the little details matter, we also look after the supplying, laundering and delivering of fresh overalls to our guys every week.
